While the Inn Rests, We Renovate
Just because the Bed and Breakfast is “resting” until March 1st doesn’t mean things are quiet here! Every year during the winter months, I take the opportunity to give the Jeremiah Mason House a little TLC. I’m currently busy with interior renovations—upgrading spaces and giving the rooms and hallways a fresh facelift with new paint. Room #1 is first on the list for a transformation!
Your Year-Round Base for Local Flavor
Even while I’m working on the main house, our Studio Apartment remains open for guests who need a comfortable winter or spring getaway. It’s a cozy, private sanctuary perfect for anyone visiting family or looking for an extended stay in the Ossipee Valley.

One of the best parts of staying here is our central location to some of the best food in the region. You don’t have to go far for a great meal:
- Right Across the Street: The Town Hill Grille (Open Wed-Sun).
- 1 Mile Down the Road: The Peppermill Restaurant (Open 7 days a week).
- Groceries: Our local grocery store is just 1.5 miles away.
If you’re looking for a “fancier” night out, we are just a short drive from Oak Street Bistro in Alfred, The Carriage House in Parsonsfield, or Krista’s in Cornish.
